Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Beef 乾炒牛河


For 1 - 2 persons

Ingredients

Beef 150g

Rice noodles 400g

Garlic 2 cloves

Koon Chun Thin Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Koon Chun Mushroom Black Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp

Ketchup 1 tbsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Corn starch 1 tsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Koon Chun Sesame oil 1/4 tsp

材料:

牛肉 150克

沙河粉 400克

蒜頭 2瓣

冠珍生晒頭抽 1湯匙

冠珍草菇老抽 1湯匙

喼汁 1/2湯匙

番茄汁 1湯匙

糖 1茶匙

生粉 1茶匙

油 2湯匙

冠珍芝麻油 1/4茶匙

Instruction:

1. Mix Koon Chun Thin Soy Sauce, Koon Chun Mushroom Black Soy Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and sugar into a special sauce.

2. Chop garlic, cut green onion into sections and beef into slices.

3. Mix beef with garlic, corn starch and 1/2 tbsp special sauce; Mix rice noodles thoroughly with the remainder of the special sauce.

4. Heat oil in the wok over high heat, stir fry beef until half done and pour out it.

5. Leave the oil in wok under high heat, put in chopped green onion and rice noodles and stir fry until hot.

6. Stir in beef with sesame oil and toss well.

做法:

1. 把冠珍生晒頭抽、冠珍草菇老抽、喼汁、番茄汁和糖混合成醬汁。

2. 蒜頭壓碎,青蔥切段,牛肉切片。

3. 牛肉加入蒜頭、生粉及1/2湯匙醬汁拌勻。餘下醬汁倒入河粉拌勻好。

4. 大火燒熱油鑊,炒牛肉至半熟後取出。

5. 大火用鑊裡的餘油爆香青蔥及炒熱河粉。

6. 最後放進牛肉,加入冠珍芝麻油兜勻即成。
