Ingredients: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour


Traditional Cantonese Chinese brewing method is utilized and coupled with modern technique and standard in producing this premium soy sauce. Premium Canadian soya beans, quality sea salt, and wheat flour are used. Different from our Thin Soy Sauce, this Superior First Extract Soy Sauce is fermented for 6-12 months, resulting more umami and slightly thicker color in the sauce. This soy sauce is best for cooking Soy Sauce Chicken and other dishes that needs both taste and color.
