精選百分之百生晒頭抽作為基礎原油,再加上三個月精心生曬釀製,產品呈現琥珀色澤,豉香四溢,風味甘醇,味後回鮮,用於煮製豉油雞及調味醃肉尤其顯著,適合於佐餐和各式烹調之用,不但能提升食物色、香、味,更誘發食材的原鮮滋味,將菜餚的美味推至更高層次。

 

此產品採用精選加拿大非基因改造一級黃豆釀製,均不含人造色素、不添加防腐劑、食糖、糖精、味精及増味劑。

 

 

Traditional Cantonese Chinese brewing method is utilized and coupled with modern technique and standard in producing this premium soy sauce. Premium Canadian soya beans, quality sea salt, and wheat flour are used. Different from our Thin Soy Sauce, this Superior First Extract Soy Sauce is fermented for 6-12 months, resulting more umami and slightly thicker color in the sauce. This soy sauce is best for cooking Soy Sauce Chicken and other dishes that needs both taste and color.

生晒頭抽 Thin Soy Sauce

精選加拿大非基因改造一級黃豆按照廣東式古法釀製,純天然生曬,頭遍抽取(絕無二過)。開瓶後,濃厚的醬香味即撲鼻而來,高比例黃豆用量,因而有掛杯效果;色澤金黃,豉味濃郁,用作直接沾蘸食用或調味醃肉,皆能帶出食材鮮味。

 

此產品均不含人造色素、不添加防腐劑、食糖、糖精、味精及増味劑。

由糖蜜及頭遍抽所釀製而成,色澤光潤飽滿呈棕褐色,其醬香濃厚,適用於菜餚調色及調味,是烹調的好幫手。

雙老頭抽 Double Black Soy Sauce

由糖蜜、頭遍抽及焦糖釀製而成,醬油呈鮮艷亮澤的深棕褐色,鹹甜適中兼具濃厚醬香,味道醇厚柔和且尾韻回鮮。烹調食材時加入此醬油,除豐富味道外,更可以為餸菜添色、添香,讓餸菜的滋味更佳。此產品更可加入香料調製成滷水汁;滷製各種食材。

上珠油 Thick Soy Sauce

採用糖蜜調入頭遍抽煮製而成,顏色深棕褐帶亮澤金黃,醬油質地濃杰、氣味芳香,味道帶甜帶甘,適用於調配食材色澤,能令食材表面油酥、香脆,亦適合長時間的燉煮烹調,如紅燒、燜煮、滷肉等。

 

不含防腐劑及人造色素、無添加糖精、味精或増味劑。
